I had a company ask me about extremely low cost tech support to be bundled
with Linux systems. Such as 6 month or year contracts for phone/email
support.
I don't think we can provide the support needed at low-cost pricing since
it would be significantly less than what we already charge, plus it would
cover the cost of new techs if needed.
Anyways ... do you know of any cheap tech support firms that can do 6
month or one year contracts for phone support for basic Linux?
An experiences would be appreciated too.
