You know, I've looked at my "CD ROM Directory" icon to see if that could give
me any direction (1) to modify it but with no luck. I then started to wonder
about the desktop access to fd0 (2) and after investigating it realized that
there are no mount commands in the string. This lead me to
investigate /mnt/removable/cdrom (3); but this also had no 'mount' nor '-t'
nor anything associated with mounting a cdrom. In fact I can't find where the
computer finds out that device on /mnt/cdrom is a -t 9660. It must be in
there somewhere. In any case this is now leading me to believe that I should
create a directory (/mnt/burner) and 'mount -t ????? /dev/???? /mnt/burner.
As you can see though, I don't know the type nor the /dev/specification.
Can anyone help?
