This just indicates that you have installed the .deb file that contains
the patches. It doesn't mean that it is currently in the kernel.
Here is a handy tip if you don't already know. For any package you
install ... there will be a document directory at:
/usr/share/doc/<packagename>
In this case ... check this directory:
/usr/share/doc/kernel-patch-openmosix
And read the info in there ... I usually start with the README.Debian.
There are a bunch of Debian specific tools for patching the kernel that
I have never used. It is up to you if you want to use them or stick
with the standards ... I would suggest that if you want to use the
debian kernel patch for open mosix you try using all of the Debian
tools. You might google for help on using Debian's tools for patching
the kernel ... or perhaps someone else where can point you in the right
directory.
