i would say DVDRIP is the best. DVDRIP will allow you to chose what tracks
you want to rip, it will then transcode them using the codec of your choice,
so if you were you gonna make another DVD you can rip the movie, encode it
in mpeg2 then burn it, all with DVDRIP. You can also rip a DVD using
mencoder from mplayer.
