I am not very familiar with Suse, so I can't give you the exact commands.
Under Mandrake you would just : urpmi apache
What ever package management tool(s) that you have, GUI or CLI, use it to
install the pre-made apache package (and hopefully any dependencies) for your
system.
I know Suse uses rpms, I don't know the package management system that is uses
and I am too lazy to look it up for ya.
I bet you can find some nifty GUI tool to do this if you look around in your
menus...
