InstallFest Waivers, Menus and Equipment Labels

Haven't noticed any chatter about Waivers, Menus or Equipment Labels for the up-coming InstallFest.

Responses from my quick email, to those (per my data base) who helped at the last InstallFest indicates that those PLUGers who provided these items will not be able to do so for the 29th.

To that end, I have created equipment for 60 boxes (5 items each i.e. key board, monitor, box ... etc.). Unfortunately, I bought Permanent I.D. Labels (5/8" by 3"), which means when we remove them from the backing we may want to finger the sticky backs a bit to soften their grip.

I have also printed a few menus and Waivers and will print more once we determine a good number. I am thinking 60 each should be enough. As the project manager on this InstallFest, this is your call (within reason).
