I don't know of any tools that take all the system info together and put it
on a webpage for you, but it wouldn't be difficult at all to build such a
script to accomplish this.
In KDE (I don't know about Gnome) you can click K->System->Info Center.
This will provide various info about the system (which is really just
pulled from /proc).
For installed RPMs on Fedora, you could run:
rpm -qa | sort -d > rpm-list.txt
I'm sure there's a GUI tool somewhere in KDE or Gnome that will do the
same thing, however.
