Thanks for the chuckle. Not that it matters that much, but the machine I
check from isn't my home box. (Mac OS X 10.3.3 + Fink plus a buncha
compiled stuff. Talk about culture shock. Mac BSD is weird! Then again, I'm
getting so used to it I'm considering setting up a Darwin PC box at home.)
Anyhow I checked running processes, and I did some basic rootkit checks, I
don't think that's the issue. (Plus there's no evidence of weird network
activity on this machine.

Yup, changing the passwords, no words alphanumeric.
They aren't passwords used elsewhere and they aren't written anywhere.

The more I think about it, the likely possibility is that I'm bouncing mail
back to the list..
The email account I'm subscribed under is a softhome.net account (Free pop
with some restrictions)
If I continue to have difficulty, I'll switch the account I'm subscribed
with and see if that helps.
