This is not a Samba only issue. If you check on TechNet, or anyone who's
setup largish Windows Networks, multihomed machines + SMB/CIFS is tricky.

What are you hoping to accomplish by using 2 NICs? Is there a way you
can use a router to connect the 2 networks instead of multihoming machines?
