Do you already have debian installed?
If so, try this:
#grep expire /etc/apache/httpd.conf
In this case, it is installed. When searching for packages, apt-cache
search is your friend.
$apt-cache search apache | grep mod
If for some reason, you find yourself far from the CLI, use
http://packages.debian.org and search for your packages there. If that
doesn't turn up anything, try looking at apt-get.org for a backport.
