SPARC machines use Open Firmware.
Starting from <

found <

says to hit STOP-A (or, if memory serves, you can send a BREAK instead
(since PC keyboards don't have a STOP key) if you're using a serial
console) and then type "boot cdrom" at the ok prompt.
BTW, if you want to run Solaris 9, it doesn't cost anything if you're
running it non-commercially on a single-CPU SPARCstation. See
