OK, well ..... inches and pixels are totally unrelated.... Only when printing
things out is there a conversion in any sense of the idea. So, if you want it
to be 3" x 5", then you first need to figure out how dense you want the image
(otherwise known as pixels per inch) and mulitply the dimensions by that density
(e.g. 1200 ppi would be a 3600 x 6000 pixel image, whereas a 300 ppi would be
only 900 x 1500 pixel image). If you want it to seem like a 3" x 5" image for
your desktop background, that is a different matter....
You need to rescale it based on your screen resolution (e.g. 3 x 5 like size at
800 x 600 is different then 3 x 5 looking on 1280 x 1024).
