fluxbox themes

I am tyring to install a fluxbox theme and they the style changes when I
select but the background does not.

When I issue the below command the background goes white, it does not
change to the intended .jpg

bsetbg -f /usr/share/fluxbox/backgrounds/sid_minime.jpg

I downlaoded the theme from here
http://fluxbox.sourceforge.net/themes.php
