Sharpen is also useful for this kind of stuff. Also, with camera phones
you typically get a picture without alot of contrast, especially in low
light, you might try adjusting the color.
Remember you just can't recreate data that isn't there, all operations
in a raster graphics editor remove data in some way -- but what you can
do is make it better looking for humans.
