updatedb
locate libkhtmlpart.la
Should be part of KDE, so if you have upgraded that recently, the libs may not
be in your lib path yet.

Upgrade against security issues as quickly as possible, update other packages as
needed (e.g. do you really need foo.3 when foo.2.9 is working just fine.....
