Debian is so listed on that chart. GNU/Hurd became Debian GNU/Hurd in August of 2000. And if you follow the Debian GNU/Hurd link on the other page that is linked you go to a Debian web page.
Hey, look at that! Atari joined (bought out) with UNIX in '89.
