My brother-in-law just called me on behalf of a friend who works for one of
those short-term load companies. They need help in setting up a secure page
as they'll be asking people to enter SSN's and other sensitive info. They do
have a webmaster but he doesn't know how to do that. I don't know how much
they're willing to pay for the service, but it's not something I have any
expertise in myself. So I told him I'd post it to the list and see if anyone
was interested. The guy's name is Mike, and his email is
