Procom makes a product called "Taurus," and it sounds like it would meet a
lot of your requirements:

This thing uses a customized version of Linux (2.4 kernel) as the O.S. and
it sounds like it does everything but make coffee for you. I've never used
(or even seen) one of these things, but we've done business with Procom in
the past and they are good people. The regional sales guy is subscribed to
this list (or used to be, anyway). If it looks like this thing would be of

the Procom sales dude.
