Did you miss my suggestion? You didn't mention that your Domino server is
listening to 192.168.1.1 also. (It should be.)

Make sure that that server is also listening to 192.168.1.1. (It should
think it is 192.168.1.1 also.)

If you don't want to use port forwarding then use a POP3 proxy instead.

If you want to use port forwarding, then make the destination server
listen to the IP(s) you want it to listen to.

I have not idea if that is possible with Domino server. If not, then use a
POP3 proxy.
