I can't help with the Cypheus clients, but I'm very interested in anyone
else's experience with them, so please post your results.

We just use HylaFax to send faxes generated by our web application. I don't
have enough skills as a trainer to teach our office staff to use a networked
fax solution. I consider it a good day when they remember which printer they
used to generate the hard copies they're going to try to fax manually. ;-)
