I'm sorry. Maybe someone here knows more than I do about the problems
installing BitTorrent under Windows.

As for burning ISOs to CD under Windows, it depends on what software is
installed on your machine. Go to <http://www.linuxiso.org/index.php>
and click on the 'How to Burn ISOs' link.
