Looking for a webcam to run under linux

Anyone have any recommendations as what model to buy? I'd like some
sort of hybrid where I can use it as a digicam as well as a webcam.

I have an EZ Mega Cam plus, but was unable to find any drivers for
Linux...so it's going back to Fry's tomorrow.
