I am currently doing a dist-upgrade and one of the files that is being
upgraded is debootstrap and I can't really see the use of it unless it is to
do a dist-upgrade..... or to load it entirely new.
Any knowledge on the list concerning this?

Gee, I'm learning all kinds of new things by looking at what is being
upgraded. Who's heard of psfontmgr? There is no man entry for it. It seems
to have something to do with another upgraded file called defoma which
appears to have abiword files in it.
