Subject: Lilo error
Do /vmlinuz & /initrd.img exist and link to the proper kernel and initrd
images in /boot ?

What about /vmlinuz.old & /initrd.img.old? I would rewrite these as
/boot/kernel & /boot/initrd.img (the old versions).

If this sounds too confusing, send the listing of your /boot directory and I
can provide more exact instructions.
