out or did a vendor do everything for them? If they rolled it out and are
supporting it we should get someone to come do a presentation for us.

We need presentations that respond to concerns small business owners have.

Getting them to use Mozilla rather than Outlook is a win for Free Software
*and* a win for stopping down viruses :).
