Yeah, you helped me hash though this a little on 12/18 in a thread called
"Fedora OpenOffice ..." with the result that the font issue was fixed (sorry,
forgot about that) but was still unable to open the Calc template from the
ooextras project:

This opens fine on my debian install with OO1.1
