Windows uses ipconfig not ifconfig
also, just a note for historical purposes...unix has been doing this
stuff for a longer time than windows - just like Microsoft liberally
borrowed the TCP/IP stack from BSD, they have borrowed a fairly large
set of UI and jargon from other networked environments when they finally
figured out that networking personal computers was a good idea.
