Postfix proxy

Maybe I'm Googling the wrong key phrases but,

What I'd like to do is setup Postfix with spamassasin to receive
incoming mail then forward the mail to a MS Exchange server where the
mail is then resolved to a mailbox or bounced back.

Is that possible?
