I have the solution for you; that particular problem is caused by your
system not having enough power. I'm guessing you're using a mini-itx
board with one of those little 66 watt power supplies, and you likely have
too much plugged into it. If you contact whoever you purchased the
board/ps from, they should be aware of the problem already and can help
you get a bigger power supply to fix it.
