I just updated my main computer system at home and in the process lost my
~/.gnupg directory that had my key files in it. AND, my key file backup
floppy is now toast too.
I know that I now have to generate new keys, public and private. What I
don't know how to do is "clean up" the old key from the keyservers out on
the web. Is there a procedure to get them removed? I don't think I can
expire or revoke them without the revocation certificate.
Just a small issue but I hate loose ends like this.
