kamera

Does anyone know how to start this program? According to synaptic it is a
'digital camera io_slave for Konqueror.' I tried 'kamera'. I looked at the
man pages for it (there are none). I looked at the info pages for it (again
there are none). I'm hoping thaat this program will support my camera.
