Subject: bad and good with cox
So did they determine the problem was on their end? I have been
experiencing occasional disconnections from Cox. I think it's on their
end. My Internet connection goes down for about 3 minutes at a time
every now and then. Cox said they could send a tech out but I decided
to wait. Are you experiencing similar outages, or something else?
