Any percentage >0% is unacceptable if it means that you
have to sit and listen to each copy to make sure it's
okay, and make and mail a new copy if you're making it
to give to someone else.
When I was making copies of music on my Linux machine,
I burned at 2x. It took longer, but I got 0% bad
copies.
