Check out moneydance (http://www.moneydance.com). It is not a free app,
but pretty cheap at $29. It has full support for online banking, but
they had to remove the automatic list of banks due to some license
issues. See this page

or more info. You can still add your bank info manually.

Personally, I am running Quicken under VMWare, because the only apps I
couldn't find suitable FOSS replacements for were Quicken and TurboTax.
