Check out moneydance (
http://www.moneydance.com). It is not a free app,
but pretty cheap at $29. It has full support for online banking, but
they had to remove the automatic list of banks due to some license

Personally, I am running Quicken under VMWare, because the only apps I
couldn't find suitable FOSS replacements for were Quicken and TurboTax.
