The original email had:
Mime-Version: 1.0
Content-Type: text/html
Most email clients support and can render that.
Not that I advocate HTMLs emails, but it is strange that your
KMail 1.5 user agent can't do that.
What I don't like is emails in HTML that don't include the Mime type
information headers.
