where am I?

I neglected to acknowledge the two responses I got to
this request:

While the numbers given by these two sites are
different in about the fourth decimal place, this is
certainly good enough for my purposes.

The latter advertises a commercial service, and will
allow only 25 requests before shutting you out. I
needed only one, so that's cool. The other is free.
