As it is text based only and IF she wants only to do
email, then aztecfreenet.org is free. It will go to
the www but as text only and very unfriendly that way
unless you grew up with the net and lynx browsers.
But for email, cannot be beat for price...free.
I still have an acct there since '94.
To do email, small learning curve, web...more learning
curve.
602.889.1123 at login, type aztec and aztec for pw.
then login as guest. (I think, need to do that to keep
acct again).
