What does that mean?

Sounds noxious... like "You can run our client under WINE 19990503 if you're
lucky and have a complete copy of Win95 OSR 3.16 mounted as /home/thailog"

You know... WINE would be kick-arse if it was capable of wrapping a Windows
dialup connection for the host OS so all those free-ISP dialers would work
