from=20

The 32 mm x 24 mm x 2.1 mm Secure Digital memory card =96 called SD Card=20=

for short =96 is a development based on the MultiMediaCard (MMC). Unlike=20=

the MMC, the SD card specification offers the option of saving=20
copyright protected data, 4 times the transfer speed of MMC, a write=20
protection switch and protective measures against static discharges in=20=

the card housing. The SD card has nine connection contacts (versus=20
seven for the MultiMediaCard), meaning twice as many data lines as the=20=

MMC, which makes possible data transfer rates up to 10 MByte per=20
second.

Due to its somewhat thicker housing in comparison with the MMC, more=20
memory components can be integrated into the SD card, which allows for=20=

greater memory capacities. Because the other dimensions are identical=20
to the MMC, MultiMediaCards can always be used in devices that have an=20=

SD Card socket.

I got a 256K at Buy.com and it seems like it was under $50. That's=20
enough for about 250 shots on standard settings.
