This is a great Linux security tool. Available from
http://www.nessus.org. It can scan an entire network, discover
vulnerabilities, suggest solutions, etc. You can download and compile
yor own source. Just installed it and what a great piece of software!! I
plan on using it for doing security scans on my clients networks. It
will scan Windows, Linux, Unix, Novell, etc. There are many
configuration options and settings to allow for certain types of scans
such as SNMP, Denial of Service, Cisco, etc. It goes on and on....Might
be an interesting presentation at a meeting. You can save reports to
HTML and it will also create pie chart and bar graph reports in color.
