They were having issues with Headend 3 last night (thats a major border router
for the phoenix area). it caused widespread network outages last night for a
few hours. I am located on headend 5 and still felt it (got dhcp but couldn't
get anything else for 1 hour).
Their DNS servers are not located in Arizona (though they probably should have
some here).
