some sort of php blog

Hi, can anyone suggest a simple, free php blog-type program I can run
with limited server access that does what a hosted service like Blogger
does, but without all the fluff? I'll be using it for the DeVry LUG
website, once its built. I'd prefer something I can just stick onto an
existing html site with a .php extention.
