You may find some answers at http://www.fedora.us/wiki/FedoraLegacy

It appears to have the goal of continued support of popular Red hat Linux
releases.

I am curious what features that are specific to Red Hat Linux that make
current Red Hat Linux users want to continue with it.

Does anyone have any actual features or services that they actively use
that only is provided with Red Hat Linux?

(I have been providing Red Hat consulting and professional administration
for over four years, but don't personally run it on my own production
servers and don't suggest Red Hat Linux to my customers.)
