Betty brings up a very good point. Badges at the next InstallFest. I like
the ones that hang (on a string) around your neck. Any thoughts?
Lets hear other comments on how to improve the next InstallFest.
One is, as mentioned earlier, have all presentations and/or demo's on CD
allowing flexibility where hardware problems might present themselves.
Maybe make these available for a modest fee.
Another might be to have the presentation/demonstration schedule (with brief
description) printed as a handout. Maybe just use the flyer as an event
handout (see below).
Someone suggested having the Presentation/Demo schedule (with brief
description) on the flyer (if room). Or, maybe on the back of the flyer.
The check in station seems to have gone well. However, I didn't think about
making provisions the relieve the co-hosts from time to time.
Someone suggested a "Media Coordinator". Not sure how that would vary form
what Alan did. Any thoughts?
I could only be at one place at one time so I didn't see a lot of confusion
not already mentioned. If you did see some, lets address it to make the
next InstallFest better than ever.
Thanks,
George
