I was hoping for a quick fix. I think I will end up contacting Cisco.

Of course - let me rephrase - can you post an EDITED configuration
file? (ie, change the IP's, etc)
It will be much faster than me just guessing - or just open a ticket
with Cisco and let them figure it out for you - Cisco support is
excellent.
I have a lot of experience with PIX configs, and am HTH if I can.
