I think you have to get to like 3 or 4U cases before they're tall enough to
use a standard ATX case as-is.

with 1U chassis, you need a riser board to set the slots you want horizontal.
This probably ruins airflow (no GeforceFX 5800 here :) )

Heatsink size matters too
