I'm using RedHat 8, kernel 2.4.20-20.8 (from RedHat rpm), graphics card
is a Nvidia GeForce2 MX400 64Mb AGP. The game won't play unless I'm
using the Nvidia driver, unfortunately OpenOffice hangs the display with
that driver. Good thing I don't use both OOo and NWN at the same time:-P

I was able to run the linux server on a $5 220Mhz Pentium machine I
picked up at a garage sale.

As a side note...
I almost got the Aurora toolkit to work with wine. It actually ran, but
without a 32 bit display you can't see the placables. Kinda impressive
that wine could run something that complex...
