They didn't always have the self extracting binary. They have made
progress. They still don't support as many architectures as IBM or
Blackdown but they are definitely moving in the right direction. Funny
that they don't support Linux on Spark.

I don't want to dismiss them either. I'm still concerned about the
issue the OP raised. Does the binary installer include the click
through license? We shouldn't be distributing anything without a
license or accepting a license on behalf of another person. Blackdown
comes with a text license, from Sun.
