Yep. That's exactly what I did about a year and a half
ago when I was working for Cisco Networking Academy and
wrote some material for their Unix/Linux curriculum,
for which I had to supply images. Part of what I wrote
about had to do with installing Red Hat, and I took the
images by running it under VMware. (Cicso paid for me
to upgrade my personal license, so that was a nice
perk.)
