Samba is your friend. Install in on your Linux machine. Install it
together with SWAT. In my distro, YDL, the right thing to install was
called samba-swat. If you just installed samba alone, you ended up
having to edit the smb.conf file with emacs. With Samba-SWAT you can
administer Samba from any browser by going to http://localhost:901 and
entering root and your root password at the prompt.

Anyway here are the steps.

1 Install samba.
2 Go into SWAT and tell samba that home files are shares. There is some
other stuff that Samba needs to know depending on whether the windows
machine is set up to work in a workgroup or a windows domain but there
are help buttons next to every field on the web pages that SWAT
displays. Just ask here if you get stuck.
3 Log into Windows with your linux user name and password. (not root,
your normal one).
4 Find your home directory in Network Neighborhood.

Hope that helps. Just ask if you get stuck.
